Light pollution central.

Mong Kok (slightly left of center in the image above) is considered to be the most densly populated area on the planet, with, according to the Guiness book of world records, has mean of 130,000 people per km2 in the Mong Kok area.

To add to the light-flux headed skyward, Hong Kong has the 'World's Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show' (also by Guinness World Records) evident above by the green laser lighting also illuminating the cloud cover, slightly above and right of center.
