In late autumn, rainbows above the Woronora River valley (located in Sydney's south)
are a common sight, due a lingering low altitude Sun in a often clear
western sky
Sunlight behind + showers ahead = rainbow
The valley is also home to a quite a number of *Kookaburras....with this
cheeky trio no-doubt hoping to grab a piece of burger meat from a nearby BBQ.
(*Kookaburras, despite being an Australian native bird, have a distinctive "laughing call"
that
somehow became a stock background noise for numerous 1930's Hollywood
jungle
movies, including the famous Tarzan.)
i-phone 16 auto exposure.
